Carrots!
Whoopee! I've got carrots :)
Not as many as I'd hoped but for this first time veggie gardener....I'll take whatever yield I get. These baby fingerlings smell so sweet, I can't wait to make a fresh salad with them!

Jenni, congratulations on your carrots! My boys love to eat them fresh from the garden. But, I don't have them this year. I bet yours are sweet and crunchy! Thanks for the comment on my blog!I hope most of the plants will survive without me!

Congrats Jenni! Aren't they beautiful? I love reaching in and pulling them out, it seems almost magical. I think anyone who can create food in the garden from just itty-bitty seeds should be proud of themselves.
